For owners of rattan furniture and craft workshops with five or more workers in Cirebon Regency, around Tegalwangi, Weru and Plumbon. Owners know what they sold. Many may not know what one chair model really costs, or where material and time are lost. That is a hypothesis we are still testing.

What AI is planned to do, and what people doRencana peran AI, dan peran manusia
AI is planned to read photos of handwritten notes, build the tables, calculate and draft the report. People measure on the floor, recount at least 20% of notes by hand and explain the result to the owner. The AI would be a third-party service, so note contents are processed on the provider's servers. We name the service and ask the owner's permission first. Without permission, we read the notes by hand and the work takes longer.
AI direncanakan membaca foto nota tulisan tangan, menyusun tabel, menghitung, dan menulis draf laporan. Manusia mengukur di lantai produksi, menghitung ulang minimal 20% nota secara manual, dan menjelaskan hasilnya ke pemilik. AI-nya akan berupa layanan pihak ketiga, jadi isi nota diproses di server penyedia. Kami menyebut nama layanannya dan meminta izin pemilik lebih dulu. Tanpa izin, nota kami baca dengan tangan dan pengerjaan lebih lama.

This is a hypothesis, not a proven advantage. Owners already have ways to work out costs. Our bet is that floor measurement, traceable figures and less clerical work make the result easier to trust. The validation sprint tests whether owners value that enough to pay.

Today this is a technology-enabled engineering service. The technology we build along the way (a note-reading workflow, a standard cost model and a report template) is meant to become a reusable tool, Step 2 on the roadmap. We take that step only if early clients show the same work repeating.
